Creating powerful and safe exercise plans for varying fitness levels
Fitness + Accountability + Motivation
We're all training for something - whether it be to run a race, lift grandkids, or fit into
a special outfit!
In 2009 I earned my Bachelor's in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. I continued my education to get a Master of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention.
For nearly 10 years I worked in the physical therapy field, gaining hands on rehab experience. At the same time, my love of fitness grew and I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
My specializations include:
Performance Enhancement Specialist
Corrective Exercise Specialist
My combined love of fitness with my knowledge of proper body mechanics has enabled me to construct challenging and safe exercise plans for varying fitness levels and fitness goals.
My background in competitive gymnastics and collegiate track helps shape my training in ways that keeps you challenged and having fun. I believe that we're all training for something, whether it be to run a race, lift grandkids, or fit into a special outfit.
Let's get after it together ⇶
it's Time To Train!
Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.
